Kelly Services is looking for a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Dover, NH. 

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experienceShift: Monday - Friday (5:00am-1:00pm)Why you should apply to be Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring highly complex converting machinery to meet customer specifications and production schedules
• Troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues affecting machine performance, making basic adjustments, and escalating maintenance concerns as needed
• Inspecting product output for quality standards and reporting non-conforming materials or production issues
• Recording and maintaining production data within designated software systems for accurate operational reporting
• Maintaining an organized work area and supporting smooth machine operation and production continuity
• Complying with all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, and proactively identifying and reporting safety concerns
• Collaborating with production leadership and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Taking on special projects and assignments as business needs dictate

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring 4-6 years of machine operation experience (preferred)
• Possess basic mechanical aptitude and are eager to learn machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Have previous experience in corrugated manufacturing (preferred)
• Can read, interpret, and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and can work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Show initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify production issues or irregularities
• Can complete tasks that require specific speed or productivity quotas
• Are able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements
