Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work 2.5 days per week with school age students in Kutztown, PA. Additional opportunities in Berks County to make this a full-time opportunity! A Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) provides school-based speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12. This role focuses on improving communication, language development, and classroom participation through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K–12) Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success Complete required documentation , including: Progress notes IEP updates and annual reviews Participate in IEP meetings as needed Perform case management duties when assigned Provide AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) consultation as needed Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable) Requirements Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification) required Valid Educational/Instructional Certificate (PA) Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Competitive compensation Flexible schedule aligned with school hours Continuing education opportunities Clinical mentorship and support Streamlined documentation systems Access to healthcare and additional resources Leadership and advancement opportunities About Austill's Educational Therapy Services Austill's has provided school-based therapy services for over 40 years throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
