Northwell Health, in conjunction with Staten Island University Hospital, is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join their faculty. Practice Info Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) is a 714-bed teaching hospital that spans two campuses. The North campus houses Staten Island's most modern emergency department, a Level 1 trauma center with 36 ICU beds, a state-of-the-art education center, and a medical arts pavilion. The South campus boasts its own emergency department and offers a range of specialty programs, including geriatric psychiatry, behavioral health, and substance abuse services. The Department of Surgery at SIUH consists of 40 full-time and 6 part-time Physicians spanning various surgical disciplines. Responsibilities Provide in- and outpatient care of a wide array of vascular surgery patients. Provide the full spectrum of elective and emergency vascular surgical procedures. Requirements Possess excellent clinical and technical skills. Take a collaborative approach to patient care. Be a highly skilled fellowship-trained vascular surgeon.
