Job Details

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple medium to large electrical construction projects within an assigned region. This role manages field leadership teams-including Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents-and ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage operations across multiple electrical construction projects
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to field leadership teams
• Collaborate with operations leadership to plan staffing and resource allocation
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and milestone execution
• Enforce and promote company safety policies and procedures
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project performance
• Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings
• Support pre-fabrication initiatives and strategic field planning
• Be available and responsive to field needs as required

What You Bring

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred
• 15+ years of experience in electrical construction
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
• Proven ability to lead and develop field personnel
• Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and budgeting
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and Bluebeam
• Experience with Procore, Trello, or Primavera is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to be available as needed to support field operations
