Applied-Technical-Services-LL is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to own ongoing customer relationships and act as the trusted contact throughout the sales and service lifecycle. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide customers to ATS service solutions, and ensure timely follow-up through opportunity closure.
