We are seeking a Caregivers to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly and disabled individuals. PT 2nd and PT 3rd shifts available. Opportunity to move to full-time. Preferably we would like candidates with CBRF certifications, but we will train the right person if needed. We do compensate on the higher end of the industry, but we ask for communication, dependability and a strong work ethic from all of our caretakers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Cooking/Meal prep
- Driving residents to appointments (Vehicle provided)
Qualifications:
- Previous Community based residential facility (CBRF) experience in personal care or other related fields preferred
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prep and cook meals
- Drivers license preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
