About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Sales & Revenue to spearhead the commercial growth strategy for gaming solutions across various jurisdictions. This senior leadership position demands a blend of executive vision and hands-on deal execution, with a focus on shaping the revenue roadmap and leading a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall commercial strategy, identifying and prioritizing new market expansion opportunities, setting revenue targets, and tracking performance. A key aspect of the role is to lead and develop a commercial team, close high-value deals, and foster executive relationships with operators, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President, Sales & Revenue role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in sales or commercial leadership. A minimum of 5 years in a senior role with direct revenue responsibility, particularly in gaming or related markets, is required. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. The role also involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategy with the product roadmap and messaging. The position is dynamic and may require up to 50% travel to support global growth and expansion efforts.
