Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour based on experience, welding ability, certifications, and overall qualifications.

• Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components.
• Fabricate and assemble custom pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, and industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment while selecting appropriate welding methods and materials.
• Complete fitting, cutting, layout, and pipe welding tasks as required.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to complete custom projects.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

• 2+ years of professional welding experience.
• Strong experience with MIG and TIG welding ; Pulse and Flux Core experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience welding carbon steel; stainless steel experience is a plus.
• Prior fabrication, fitting, and assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Understanding of welding quality standards and inspection practices.
• Pipe welding and pipe fitting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
