In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Pay Range: $17.75 – $23.00 per hour Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm and every 3rd weekend (Saturday & Sunday) plus rotating holidays. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program, or prior experience as a phlebotomist. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Preferred Qualifications Previous Labcorp experience. In‑patient phlebotomy experience. 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. Expectations Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
