Sanitation Team Member

Position Sanitation Associate Location Anchorage, AK Pay $750-950 weekly (paid weekly) Schedule 8:00pm – Finish Sunday-Thursday Responsibilities Keep the work site clean and free of debris Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasize the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations Lift and carry a minimum of 25-75 lbs as required; handle materials and pallets as directed by Capstone management and customers Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines, and maintaining a safe work environment Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures) Success Looks Like High-energy individual with a strong work ethic Self‑motivated with ability to work with limited supervision Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks Benefits Benefit eligibility after 60 days of employment Career growth opportunities across more than 580 national sites Paid training and safety incentives Opportunity to join a travel team and learn how all sites operate #J-18808-Ljbffr
