Job Title: Robotics and Controls Engineer

Location: Delavan, WI

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design automation cells and EOAT using SolidWorks and GD&T.
• Perform robot reachability, payload, and system feasibility analysis.
• Program and optimize 6-axis robotic workcells.
• Develop PLC/HMI programs and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Integrate machine vision for inspection and robotic guidance.
• Perform risk assessments and implement machine safety systems.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve automation and throughput.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; FE exam passed.
• 5 7 years of robotics, controls, and automation experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks 2020, AutoCAD, and ASME Y14.5/GD&T.
• Strong PLC/HMI, electrical schematic, and controls experience.
• Experience with Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA 6-axis robots.
• Experience with Cognex or Keyence vision systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 13849, ANSI B11.19, ANSI/RIA R15.06, and ISO 10218.
