BrightStar Care of Plymouth is a growing home care agency, and we are always searching for talented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide in-home one-on-one personal cares and homemaking for our clients within our territory.We can accommodate nursing aides needing 10-25 hours per week. NO LATE EVENINGS AND NO OVERNIGHTS. Only hiring for AM shifts, case assignments are short, 4-hours or less! We can build out a schedule for you!$20-$23/hr predicated on experience401K plan with 4% company matchPaid Drive Time & Travel Reimbursement (paid mileage)Flexible scheduling during the dayWEEKENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED$1000 Referral BonusThis is a TRAVELING POSITION. MUST be able to DRIVE within these Service Areas: Plymouth, Maple Grove, New Hope, Crystal, Hopkins, St. Louis Park, Wayzata, Minnetonka, St. Michael, Rogers, Rockford, Buffalo, Delano and Maple Plain.Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentMust be Active on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry, requiredCPR CertifiedMinimum of one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not requiredMUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL up to 25 MILES within company's territory, as neededMust have Driver's License with insured, reliable transportationMust have a smart phone to utilize mobile apps for schedules and clocking in/outCertified Nursing Assistant/CNA Essential Duties:Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standardsPerform activities of daily living (ADL) as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, meal preparation and feedingLinen changes and light housekeepingTake and record vital signs as well as height and weightMonitoring of client's conditional changes, charting and reporting to the Director of NursingAssist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, assist client to doctor appointments and other outdoor activities as neededOther duties assigned by DON, including computer work in the office if necessaryAbout Us:BrightStar Care of Plymouth is a small home care agency that provide in-home one-on-one personal care and homemaking, home care skilled services, and therapies for veterans in the Western Hennepin Counties and Eastern Wright Counties.Advance your career and join a compassionate and dedicated care team.
