Join Our Team as a Service Installation Technician! Minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes, excellent DMV driving record required.
Who We’re Looking For
Looking for an outgoing, upbeat, ‘customer first’ team member to join our team as a Service Installation Technician. As a trusted household name in water treatment since 1928, we specialize in installing and servicing water softeners, conditioners, bottleless coolers, and reverse osmosis systems. Not only are we a stable company, but we are also experiencing growth, with two positions available! We seek dedicated individuals who embody a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. No prior experience is necessary, as we value your willingness to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a company truck to service, repair, maintain, or install Rayne Water's residential and small business water treatment products in the field.
Accurately complete all service and installation work, including necessary paperwork, on a daily basis.
Maintain punctuality and reliability in daily operations.
Provide excellent communication and customer service to our valued customers.
Requirements
Previous plumbing experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, including bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, and lifting/pulling up to 100 pounds.
Excellent DMV driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes.
Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
