We are seeking an engaging, relationship-driven Admissions Coordinator to serve as a trusted guide for prospective families from their first inquiry through enrollment. This role combines exceptional customer service, thoughtful follow-up, and strong organization to create a seamless admissions experience while supporting enrollment goals across our school communities.
As an Admissions Coordinator, you will partner closely with Principals, regional leaders, marketing, and operations teams to connect families with our schools, coordinate welcoming tour experiences, and ensure each prospective family receives timely, accurate, and personalized support throughout their decision-making journey.
Your Impact at Chesterbrook Academy
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing timely, professional, and engaging support by phone and email.
- Guide families through the admissions process, clearly communicating program, tuition, availability, and enrollment information.
- Coordinate school tours and open houses with Principals and school leadership to create a welcoming prospective-family experience.
- Manage inquiry, follow-up, tour, and enrollment activity in NetSuite while maintaining accurate classroom availability and enrollment data.
- Build relationships through consistent follow-up, helping prospective families move confidently from inquiry to enrollment.
- Partner with school and regional leaders through regular touchpoints to review admissions trends, family feedback, market insights, and enrollment strategies.
- Support community events, outreach initiatives, and cross-functional efforts that increase brand awareness and connect more families with our schools.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Two (2)+ years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or an education-related field preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage families and build strong relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and priorities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Understanding of early childhood education, parent needs, and local market competition is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for helping families navigate the school selection process.
- Ability to travel approximately 10–25% and occasionally support evening or weekend school initiatives.

Additional Role Requirements
- Frequent speaking, listening, computer use, and extended screen time are required.
- Occasional walking and standing for events and school tours, with limited bending, squatting, stooping, and kneeling.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for event setup or promotional materials.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English to understand policies and procedures and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to travel by air, rail, or motor vehicle to company locations for work-related responsibilities and required professional development.
