We can teach you the electronics skills that you need to be successful here, but we need you to bring a willingness to learn, a dedication to doing the job well, and an openness to learn from your mistakes and grow.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentLegally able to work in the United StatesCan reliably commute to Mayfield VillageBasic understanding of/ability to learn mechanical assembly processes and hand toolsAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and learn technical documentationStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityWillingness to comply with safety and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environmentBasic Responsibilities:Assemble medical device components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and standard operating proceduresInspect parts and finished products for defects or deviations, documenting findings and escalating issues as necessaryMaintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with regulatory and company safety standardsCollaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and implement process improvementsAccurately document production activities, including assembly steps, inspections, and any non-conformances1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
