Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking BoardCertified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physicians to join awell-established and rapidly expanding urgent care network in the GreaterBoston area. This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure,flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative,patient-focused clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM -8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options
• Full-time: 36+ hours perweek

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Approximately$225,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to$100,000 annually
• Productivity incentivesbased on patient volume ( 75 patients/day)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acuteillnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting
• Perform procedures includingsuturing, splinting, I&D, and EKG interpretation
• Interpret onsite imaging(e.g., X-rays)
• Supervise and collaboratewith NP/PA staff
• Maintain efficient patientflow and high-quality care
• Complete accurate, timelyEMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with allclinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active and unrestrictedMassachusetts medical license
• Prior experience in UrgentCare, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
• ACLS and/or PALScertification preferred
• Strong clinical acumen,leadership ability, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-volume environment
