Siemens is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie at our Breaker Plant . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with circuit breakers and related products. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will make an impact by:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product installation processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our system accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and quality assurance teams, to escalate complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
• Assist with product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with non-technical customer service cases: account disputes, delivery issues and expedite orders

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a customer service role.
• Conflict management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with breakers
