What You'll Do
- Schedule : Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12 Hour Night Shift, 7p-7a.

- Comprehensive orientation and training program designed to set new team members up for success, with ongoing support from experienced preceptors and leadership.
What You'll Do
- Performs nursing assessments to gather data and identify the patient's needs for this episode of care per ANA standards and NCBON.
- Develop and implement an individualized nursing care plan with the patient and family that will address the patient's and family's identified needs and concerns.
- Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in coordinating the plan of care and facilitating patient outcomes.
- Ensures that patients are admitted, transferred, and discharged in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrates leadership by providing information as a resource nurse, mentor coach, and delegator of nursing care activities.
- Documents assessments, delivery of care, and patient's response to care in the medical record.
- Demonstrates accountability for ongoing learning needs and completion of annual education requirements and competencies.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
