Appointment Setter

Wealthy Leadership is expanding its Client Engagement Team, and we are looking for a Appointment Setter who brings both polish and consistency to every conversation. This is not an entry level cold calling job. You will engage professionals who are already interested in improving their wealth situation, and your job is to guide them toward a real conversation with our advisory team through genuine, well thought out dialogue. What You Will Do Build relationships with prospects through social platforms, referrals, and personal networks Lead conversations that uncover a person's goals and current challenges Explain our services clearly and in a way that fits each individual Determine whether a prospect is ready for a deeper strategy conversation Coordinate and confirm appointments with our advisory team Keep prospects informed and prepared before their scheduled appointment Track your pipeline and follow up consistently until conversations convert Hit weekly targets for conversations and appointments set How We Work This role is built on relationships, not high volume dialing or purchased lists. Every conversation should feel personal and intentional. Pay and Growth This is a performance based role with weekly earnings between $900 - $1800 dollars per week, and no ceiling for top performers. As you prove consistency, you will have access to more resources and a faster path to scale your results.
