Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead corporate accounting operations for a real estate and property organization in Plano, Texas. This position will oversee partnership accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury activities, and entity-level accounting across a complex ownership structure. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to manage both internal processes and external service partners in a deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities:• Direct accounting activities for partnerships and affiliated entities, including intercompany balances, investment accounting, and support for multi-entity structures.• Monitor cash positions and manage daily treasury operations to help maintain accurate visibility into corporate liquidity.• Oversee the company purchase card program, including controls, review procedures, and timely monthly reconciliations.• Supervise external or outsourced team members handling corporate expense processing and income billing functions.• Produce monthly corporate financial reports and ensure results are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.• Lead the development of annual budgets and periodic forecast updates for corporate operations and association-related entities.• Coordinate the preparation of year-end tax support packages and provide organized documentation for tax reporting needs.• Support month-end close activities by reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.• Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate financial statement audit requests and resolve accounting issues efficiently.
