CNA I/II - Intensive Care Progressive Care Unit

Education

Must hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and be listed on the Nursing Assistant Registry.

Experience and Requirements

• Strong guest relations skills with effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Comfortable accepting supervision from a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible approach to work tasks and schedules, including variable shifts.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of age-specific patient care considerations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to turn and lift patients, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient observation.
• Exposure to blood and body fluids with appropriate safety precautions.
