Active Montana Surgical Technologist certification/credential
Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
Current BLS certification
Strong experience with Total Joint and Plastics cases
Ability to effectively support a surgical case load of approximately 12–22 cases
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, instrumentation, and surgical safety protocols
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
