IT Help Desk Technician

Salary: $49,920 - 69,098 per year Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent, along with specialized training gained through vocational coursework or on-the-job experience
• Ability to perform the duties of the role successfully
• A+ certification preferred
• Other entry-level technology certifications are beneficial

• Prioritize user and system issues efficiently, escalating more complex problems to senior personnel or management when needed
• Support end users promptly by resolving issues through established procedures, diagnostics, and discussion
• Train new and existing users on updates to network procedures or software
• Perform system builds, install hardware and software, set up network printing, and maintain user accounts, environments, and configuration bases
• Apply a general understanding of ISO 27001 standards as they relate to the role
