Pilates Reformer Instructor

Pilates Reformer Coach As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You'll create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports members of all fitness levels while delivering a high-quality group experience that aligns with our brand standards. Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed. Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. Ensure all sessions start and end on time and follow established programming guidelines. Support club initiatives and promote upcoming programs or events. Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification.
