Deliver direct, highly skilled nursing care to highly complex clients transitioning directly from the hospital to home care. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of nursing training methods and practices, ensuring high-quality care outcomes and compliance through real-time charting. Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and staff, promoting a team-oriented culture. Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to make well-informed decisions in dynamic, potentially stressful clinical environments. Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments, onboarding checks, and the overall coordination of care. Uphold and ensure nursing staff adherence to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and operational guidelines. Explore and advocate for innovative approaches to improve and expand pediatric nursing services. Pediatric Nurse Onboarding Lead Requirements: Current nursing license (RN or LVN) to practice in the state of Texas. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with preferred experience handling high-complexity cases. Demonstrated flexibility with travel to a variety of field sites and client homes to perform training, onboarding, and assessment activities. Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and MS Office Suite. Current CPR Certification.
