Posted Monday, August 24, 2026 at 4:00 AM Full Time Hours: 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 9:00am) shifts available, including weekends and holidays, 40 hours/week Pay Details: $19/hour Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Third Shift Residential Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Residential Community Homes. This role provides overnight oversight, guidance, and support to third shift staff while ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals served. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, dependable leader, and advocate for person-centered care who can respond effectively to emergencies, monitor compliance, and promote a professional, compassionate environment during overnight hours. What you’ll bring: A respectful, person-centered approach that values individual dignity, privacy, and independence Strong leadership, organization, and decision‑making skills, particularly in overnight and emergency situations Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and responsive during third shift operations A typical day-to-day may include: Monitoring third shift group homes through nightly on-site visits to ensure safety, supervision, and policy compliance Supporting and overseeing third shift staff, including ensuring alertness, preparedness, and appropriate responses to emergencies Assisting with the assessment, planning, and implementation of Individual Program Plans and person-centered supports Responding to medical, behavioral, or safety emergencies and ensuring timely communication with appropriate personnel Conducting, documenting, and reviewing fire drills, safety checks, and emergency preparedness procedures Coordinating communication between third shift staff, program specialists, coordinators, and families as needed Assisting with staff orientation, performance monitoring, and training requirements Completing required documentation and reporting concerns that require follow-up by supervisory staff Occasional travel to other locations Perks with a Purpose Our benefits are created with YOU in mind.
