Corporate Finance Professional

Zip is looking for a sharp, motivated finance professional to join our newly formed Corporate Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial modeling foundation who wants to be close to the core of how a high-growth software company manages its finances and who is excited to grow quickly in a fast-moving environment.

You'll work alongside the Director of Corporate Finance, with frequent exposure to senior leadership. You'll get your hands on the models and processes that drive Zip's planning, forecasting, and reporting and over time, you'll take on increasing ownership and responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar analytical finance role

• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling skills

• Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Clear communicator, both in writing and in conversation

• Curious and proactive

• Experience with financial planning tools and/or SQL is a plus

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field required

• Strong academic record preferred

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors.
