Job Description As the Senior Product and Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for Replicant’s AI platform. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will translate complex technology into compelling narratives that drive pipeline, customer retention, and expansion. What You Will Do Lead industry-specific messaging and solution positioning to create vertical-focused content and sales materials that support pipeline generation and customer expansion. Orchestrate cross-functional product launches, ensuring seamless GTM execution, sales enablement, and post-launch adoption across the existing customer base. Build and scale a robust customer advocacy program, managing everything from reference cohorts and case studies to customer advisory boards and speaking opportunities. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in Product or Customer Marketing within the B2B SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology sectors. Demonstrated ability to translate technically complex product capabilities into clear, business-value narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
