Job Description

Are you driven, entrepreneurial, and interested in building a long-term career in commercial insurance ? Farmers Insurance District 11 is looking for a Business Insurance Agent who wants to grow a book of business they can truly call their own .

SALARY + COMMISSION OFFERED to get started!

What You’ll Do

Sell commercial insurance products , including property, liability, workers’ compensation, and commercial auto
Prospect and develop relationships with small to mid-sized business owners
Build and manage your own book of business with the help of our district office and referrals from our local agents
Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities
Work with Farmers’ strong brand, underwriting support, and product portfolio
Develop long-term client relationships focused on retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in commercial insurance sales
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prospect and generate new business
Insurance experience preferred, but not required (training available)
Must be able to obtain or already hold applicable Property & Casualty License
