What You’ll Do Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship. Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers. What We’re Looking For BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E. in AL. 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use). 1‑2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred.
