Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the shipping department where individual contributions are valued and tracked. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on the physical challenges of a warehouse setting.

• Handle materials and manage inventory control.
• Receive and process returns and shipments using RF scanners.
• Perform order picking efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members while contributing individually.

• Experience with warehouse operations, even if less than six months.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and handling inventory control.
• Ability to walk at a fast pace for 8-12 hours per day.
• Capability to independently lift 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Comfortable using a 12ft staircase ladder, not afraid of heights.

Work in a bustling warehouse environment within the shipping department. Expect narrow aisles filled with pallets of products and empty pallets on the floor. Certified operators use electric pallet jacks to move goods. The use of cellphones, smart watches, or other electronics is not permitted in the warehouse. Proper footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
