We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep our Timeshare/Hotel running as smoothly as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Repair issues with each unit and building as it comes about.
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion.
- Replace broken parts or equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload while being able to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time.
Pay is $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience.
