The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to spearhead the establishment of a new 15-bed acute care facility. The CNO will be instrumental in defining and implementing operational standards, ensuring data-driven improvement, and upholding safety and advocacy in line with professional standards. They must be adept at change management, with a proven ability to engage the medical staff and the community. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport at all levels, and a strong customer orientation.
