You will act as an in‑store brand ambassador, selling connectivity solutions while creating lifelong customers through exceptional service. Responsibilities Connection builder: Serve as the first point of contact, creating a positive and welcoming environment, listening to customer needs, and providing personalized guidance to find the right products. Store expert: Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services, stay up to date with industry trends, and educate customers on options to recommend the best solutions. Problem solver: Assist customers with billing, service questions, process payments and equipment issues accurately, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Brand ambassador: Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions, embodying company values. Team builder: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience, share knowledge, and provide backup support when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of retail selling experience. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivation and ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. Potential travel to other stores within 35 miles for some locations. Physical abilities: Standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Availability to work full time and weekends as necessary. Pay & Compensation Pay is competitive and based on a number of job‑related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $33,696.00 – $55,357.00 / year.
