Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role is based in a fast-paced acute care and teaching hospital environment, suitable for a skilled nurse ready to make a difference in a busy Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or conditions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• NY RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
