We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Shop Manager to lead our team and create unforgettable guest experiences. You can expect to: Oversee daily operations, manage expenses, control shrinkage and loss, and ensure efficient store performance. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating delicious sandwiches, offering meal suggestions, and providing outstanding customer service. Maintain food quality and inventory by preparing fresh products, managing inventory, and ensuring everything meets our freshness standards. Lead and develop a high‑performing team through task delegation, training, coaching, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment. Ensure a safe and enjoyable workplace by following food safety and workplace procedures, while building strong team connections and having fun at work.
