Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines
• Prepare, update, and file patient charts
• Assist with scheduling, check‐in, and check‐out
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office
