Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)- OBGYN

The LPN or Medical Assistant in the Putnam Medical Group OBGYN office is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing‑process based care/services to patients. Days, Monday-Friday, No weekends and $750.00 Sign on retention bonus Requirements: The LPN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have prior clinical nursing experience. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing license by date of employment is required. Health Care Provider BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire. The Medical Assistant must be a graduate of a Medical Assistant program and/or have equivalent work experience. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is preferred and required within 6 months of employment.
