Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Full-Time Night

Role Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care with a focus on Cardiac Telemetry, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking. Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education to promote optimal outcomes. Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care within an interdisciplinary team, fostering teamwork and inclusive collaboration. Supporting professional development as a preceptor or mentor, participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices. Developing protocols, participating in quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and safety goals. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred). Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
