Cultivate engagement and grow a talent pool of key skills. Generate quality inbound applications across priority skill areas. Measure impact and use data to drive continuous improvement. Develop and execute integrated campaigns and activities that span web, social, content, partners, and events. Create content strategies and develop multimedia content tailored to candidate segments and talent communities. Manage, optimize our online talent presence and experience on corporate web and social channels and third‑party platforms such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Create employee advocacy initiatives that encourage colleagues to share their experiences and amplify content across their social networks. Work with Recruiting, Marketing + Communication, business leaders, and account teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, data‑driven, and optimized for impact. Measure and report campaign impact using KPIs tied to awareness, engagement, and qualified candidate contribution. What You Need 8+ years in B2B or B2G marketing, with direct experience in candidate marketing, civilian or military. Understanding of the federal industry and recruiting channels. Ability to translate recruiting priorities into marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities to keep pace with business and recruiting needs and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Compensation and Benefits: As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states and jurisdiction: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $87,700—$180,600 USD.
