- Explain benefit plans clearly and answer client questions in a professional manner.
- Assist clients with completing enrollment applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom and other computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
