Job Title

Job Description Location: Remote (prefer local to TX). Duration: 12+ months contract Need clear tier 2 background check is required. Secret clearance is preferred. The individual will need to be CAC Cleared in order to access customers network One year engagement with option to extend.

Remote but must be within driving distance of Coppell, TX to provide hands on troubleshooting if needed.

Our customer requires a Level 3 support, resource with the following skills: Basic Troubleshooting SCCM Image Engineering – will not be engineering but more support/troubleshoot provisioning errors Networking – basic troubleshooting of Blue Ridge routers/Cisco Switches Adaptiva Platform software
