Injection Machine Operator

Seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift Injection Machine Operator at our Arnold, MO Facility. While initial pay is based on experience, we offer opportunities for employee development, step increases, and pay progressions over time. Skills & Attributes: The role requires the ability to work well in a team, with experience in injection molding or manufacturing being a plus. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 lbs, and follow instructions with minimal supervision. The position also requires standing or walking for long periods, bending to lift heavy materials, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
