Clinical Recruiter

Position OverviewThe Physician/CRNA/CAA Recruiter serves as the primary liaison between OrthoMed Anesthesia and potential candidates, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the competitive healthcare industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape, particularly in anesthesia services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful placements and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. The Physician/CRNA/CAA Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, and other office professionals, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time on-site position reporting to the Director of Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit qualified anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, and CAAs for various locations within our partner networkRecruit biller, scheduler, poster, etc. positions within the organizationDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiationsCollaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, understand current staffing needs and future plans while maintaining ongoing positive interactions and supportSustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for existing and future job openingsAttend job fairs, networking events, and professional conferences to promote the organization and source candidatesEnsure compliance with all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations and best practicesMaintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metricsOther duties as assignedQualifications3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment for physician, CRNA, and CAA staffing requiredStrong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in anesthesia servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successful placements in the healthcare fieldFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, preferably PaycomBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Healthcare-specific certifications (e.g., NAHCR, NAHP, etc.) are a plusAvailable for occasional travel as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
