Responsibilities of an Activities Assistant:
• Assist with planning and implementing activities that enhance the lives of our residents, promoting socialization and engagement.
• Develop a rapport with residents, understanding their interests and preferences to create personalized experiences.
• Motivate and support residents with varying cognitive and physical abilities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
