Spa Receptionist

Spa ReceptionistKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Spa Receptionist. In this role, you will for the reception area of the spa. It includes greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system upon arrival and charging for services performed.As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that sets the tone for the guest experience.
