Retail Customer Service Leader: Growth & Community Impact

Stop & Shop in Westerly, RI seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office operations. You will drive sales, maintain safety standards, and recruit and develop a high-performing team within a values-driven environment. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
