Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician – Night ShiftLocation: Durand, MichiganA healthcare facility in mid-Michigan is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis.Position Details:Full-time, permanent opportunityNight shift schedule7 on / 7 off rotationCompetitive compensation and full benefits packageStable laboratory environment with strong team cultureResponsibilities:Perform routine and complex laboratory testingAnalyze and report accurate test resultsOperate and maintain laboratory instrumentationFollow quality control and laboratory safety proceduresCollaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient careRequirements:ASCP certification preferred or eligibleAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldPrevious laboratory experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently on night shiftThis is a great opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance with a consistent 7 on / 7 off schedule in a welcoming Michigan community.
