You will help deliver high-quality financial due diligence that focuses on key value drivers, risks, and transaction considerations./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements/liliOversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses/liliManage multiple concurrent engagements and project teams/liliServe as primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships/liliReview databooks, analyses, and deliverables prepared by team members/liliIdentify key risks, trends, and value creation opportunities/liliCommunicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders/liliDevelop engagement budgets, monitor billing, and manage realization/liliCoach, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates/liliSupport business development efforts and proposal development/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required/lili7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services/lili3+ years of direct experience in financial due diligence/liliCPA designation required/liliStrong knowledge of US GAAP/liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and with AI and data automation tools a plus/liliStrong project management and leadership skills/liliExcellent communication and client relationship abilities/liliExperience working with private equity clients preferred/liliAbility to work in fast-paced transaction environments/li/ulpPlease note that Calvetti Ferguson does not provide immigration or work visa sponsorship./ppAt Calvetti Ferguson, youll be part of a dynamic and growing firm that values your contributions and empowers you to reach your full potential.
