Responsibilities
- Independently manage technical aspects of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices in the outpatient clinic, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
- Interrogate, reprogram, and troubleshoot CRM devices, recording findings in the electronic medical record
- Provide patient and family education on device function, care, alarms, and follow-up visits
- Maintain device clinic workflow, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with cardiology team and device clinic staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments

Requirements
- BLS certification required
- Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
- EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices, cardiovascular physiology
- Ability to work in an outpatient device clinic environment
